I'm Sameera Maruvada, a full-time cartoonist, writer and educator and a TEDx speaker from India. My work focuses on gender equity, feminism and cultural critique.
I have been featured in notable media platforms like The Hindu, New Indian Express, Sakshi, Eenadu, and TV 5.

I make comics on gender equity, and social commentary on everyday life as a South Indian.

I write weekly blogs on feminism, nostalgia, social satire and the everyday experiences of my life.

I hand illustrated 100+ people at a 3-day live event by Access, in Manesar.
Wall Mural
Designed an Andhra themed wall mural for Techmojo's office in Hyderabad.
Comic workshops at Novotel
I have comics taught to over 100 people in Summer Camps with my continued association with Novotel, Vizag.
TEDx Speaker
Was invited to TEDxAUCE to speak about gender equity and female participation in the workforce.
